As an integrative Relational Therapist, I specialise in helping individual adults shift from feeling stuck, frustrated or broken, to embracing curiosity, self-compassion, and confidence. I focus on supporting those who struggle with feelings of otherness, who carry wounds and beliefs that impact their well-being and ways of relating to self and others.

I use a blend of talking and body-focused therapies to help stabilise your mood, reduce intrusive thoughts, and build a positive sense of self. My approach combines top-down and bottom-up approaches to address the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical aspects of healing.

In our sessions, you’ll find a supportive space where we work together to clear self-doubt and confusion, guiding you towards a clearer, more confident understanding of who you are. I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and knowing to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I blend various therapeutic methods to address your unique needs:

Talking Therapy: Using theories like Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, and Polyvagal Theory, we’ll explore how you think, feel and relate to your self, others and the world. I also offer Neurodivergent and Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversity affirmative-support to ensure our work resonates with your neurotype, needs and evolving identity.

Somatic Approaches: Through techniques like Brainspotting and other body-focused methods, we’ll explore the stories your body holds. This helps us process and release experiences that affect your thoughts and behaviours.

Affirming Exploration: We’ll look at your experiences through an affirming lens to heal from past traumas, including any internalised forms of oppression. I will help you to understand your nuanced sensory system to help sooth and alert your senses, helping you to stabilise your mood and well-being.

Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can let go of limiting beliefs and connect with your true self. Whether through understanding your body’s responses, enjoying activities, or navigating relationships, my goal is to help you feel more empowered and aligned with who you really are.
