MY STORY
My path to becoming a therapist is deeply personal and rooted in my own transformative experiences with self-discovery and healing. I’ve witnessed first-hand the profound impact of being truly heard and understood in spaces that allow you to slow down, reflect, and simply be yourself. These experiences have shown me how healing it can be when someone is given the time and space to process their thoughts and emotions without pressure.
As a neurodivergent and queer therapist, my personal and professional ongoing journey of disentangling myself from internalised negative beliefs as well as self-discovery and liberation, profoundly shapes my approach. I understand the importance of feeling seen and affirmed in every part of who you are, which is why I am dedicated to providing decolonised, intimate, honest, holistic, human-affirming, balanced, somatic and body-based care.
I’ve experienced both mis-attuned and life-changing therapy, and I know how essential it is to have a therapist who can hold space for your unique experiences, wisdom, resources, and healing journey without judgment.
I offer help to all, with a special interest in helping individuals who have faced and continue to face marginalisation. I’m passionate about guiding you in rediscovering and embracing your true self, hearing your grievances, celebrating your triumphs and empowering you to liberate yourself from what no longer serves you.

Relational Therapy
I integrate multiple therapies, tailoring my approach to suit your individual needs within safety of an attuned, affirming, and non-judgmental relationship.
Brainspotting Therapy
Integrated within regular Integrative therapy or booked as a stand alone therapy. Brainspotting taps into the brains natural ability to heal itself, offering a transformative way to gain empowering clarity and resilience.
THE BIO - Personal
When I'm not working, you’ll find me enjoying time with my family and those I hold dear. I love cooking and engaging in deep conversations, often accompanied by enthusiastic bouts of wooden-spoon, kitchen-karaoke or dancing that make me smile, release tension, allows the lightness in and reconnects me to my edges.
I have a natural curiosity and enjoy delving into research about the complexities of the human experience, always seeking deeper understanding beyond the surface. I value being in nature, whether I'm walking my loyal companion, Crumble, or relaxing in my hammock with a good book and music.
THE BIO -Professional
With over 20 years of experience in the public and voluntary sectors of mental health and social work, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice. I began my training in Humanistic and Transactional Analysis Therapy in 2016, and in 2020, I established my private practice in Salisbury, UK, offering online therapy to individuals nationally.
My commitment to understanding and supporting diverse needs led me to develop a specialist interest in neurodiversity and Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Diversity (GSRD), which I integrated into my therapeutic approach in 2021. I continuously engage in personal therapy, supervision, and professional development to ensure I provide the highest level of care.
In 2022, I expanded my focus to include somatic approaches, further enhancing my ability to support clients through their healing journeys. I have completed all 4 Levels of Brainspotting training, including specialised Brainspotting trainings in Expansion for performance blocks, Expansion Resourcing, and LGBTQIA2+ Training, OCD, Brainpotting Masterclass with David Grand and High Acuity Brainspotting training with Steve Sawyer. My practice is centred on attachment-trauma, complex-grief, complex-relational trauma, transgenerational-trauma, and providing BIPoC, disabled, neurodivergent and GSRD-affirmative support.
I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate feelings of otherness and embrace their authentic selves, offering a compassionate and culturally competent approach to therapy.
